It is now time to test and to showcase the new Talks Database. One of my research subjects is in the field of network softwarization, which is also popularized as SDN/NFV (Software-Defined Network/ Network Function Virtualization). Let’s find some recent talks about these topics.

Attending conferences is a natural way to stay up-to-date. But sometimes we’re not so lucky enough to attend those conferences for one or more reasons. In that case, we might refer to post conference resources such as audio/video recordings or presentation material. Unfortunately, if we want to track many conferences, these resources are scattered and often put / presented differently. This might cause in a very time consuming activity. Sometimes ago, I start the effort to make an automated process to produce a Talk Database and here is the first result.

Researchers and scientists around the world are currently under unprecedented pressure in the effort to find solutions for Covid-19 pandemic. It is not only a matter to find vaccines or drugs candidates but also to better understand characteristics and behaviours of the desease so that humanity can react appropriately and stop this pandemic.

In fight against Covid-19, there are currently many issues to be solved in the frontline (i.e. hospitals). Avaliable space is everywhere very limited. And so is the healthcare personals and their most needed logistics and proper tools/ equipment to protect themselves from infection.

Covid-19 has already become a major problem for everyone, for every country around the globe. It is a modern-time large-scale pandemic. Many parts of this world are currently in the middle of the fight to stop/limit spread of the virus and to minimize the resulting damage.
